From time to time, we have a variety of special offers on this website. These are of a temporary nature and Asphalia UK Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or adjust them as they see fit.

Postage & Packing for the United Kingdom and Ireland is £3.50 per order.
Non UK Shipping And Handling
We are pleased to ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland at a standard rate of £8.50 per order, Canada at a standard rate of £13.30 per order and Australia and New Zealand at a standard rate of £14.05 per order. Orders are sent by Royal Mail Air Mail. Please allow 21 days for delivery.

Whilst Asphalia UK Ltd. ship to over 50 countries worldwide, we cannot be held responsible for local regulations which may affect the importing of health products into your country. All such shipments are therefore at the customers own risk. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any local duties, release fees etc. Also if any specific requirements exist such as triplicate invoices, specific notices to be visible outside the package, it is incumbent on the customer to pass that information to us when placing their order.

We aim to process all online orders within seven days. they will then be sent by either 1st class post or next day carrier.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges for orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is already included. We warmly welcome orders from outside the European Union and where applicable we will reduce VAT to zero (this is done off-line).

In addition to our 30 day guarantee we would like to make our customers aware of The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (United Kingdom).
Under these regulations:
You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after receipt of the goods. You may contact us by email, telephone, or letter within the specified period.
Reimbursement would be made as soon as possible but within 30 days and include our normal delivery charge if applicable.
Some items, electrical devices, come with their own manufacturer’s warranty (e.g. 12 months) this is in addition to the above.
Where goods are deemed to be faulty please return them stating your reason for doing so.
Returns should be made to Asphalia UK Ltd., at our usual address, if necessary we will contact you regarding the safe return of the items.
Items returned unopened/unused may be exchanged for goods of the same value, if desired.
All prices for products on this site are correct but may be liable to change and will be electronically updated.
